Everywoman announces 2023 Women in Tech Awards winners
Everywoman has introduced the winners of this 12 months’s Everywoman in Technology Awards, chosen by greater than 30 skilled judges from greater than 80 finalists.

The Woman of the Year award was given to Pamela Maynard, CEO of Avanade, for her work in making a “people-first” tradition at Avanade.
Maynard defined there have been instances in the beginning of her profession when there was “no one who looked like [her] in the room”, which regularly left her feeling like she didn’t belong.
She stated: “What it did was inspire me, motivated me to work incredibly hard. It drove my passion and motivation. Because what I want to be able to do is leave the technology industry in a much more inclusive and diverse place than the place at which I found it when I entered the technology industry many years ago.”
