WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Association of Latino Administrators and Superintendents (ALAS) partnered with Scholastic to assist them develop “ Rising Voices: Elevating Latino Stories,” a brand new assortment of books for grades Okay-5 which showcases constructive pictures of Latino protagonists.
